As Civil Engineer (Design & Estimate)
• Taking the Lead for Structural Design and Estimate for various type for Structure (Steel Design and Reinforced Concrete Design)
• Create model structure STAAD Pro and SAP2000 and assign load combination for analysis
• Preparation and Calculation of all kinds of load including checking on environmental loads
• Preparation of good quality design documents
• Coordination with AutoCAD detailers for drawing executions and layout
• Checking and reviewing technical drawing prior to submission
• Prepares Bill of Quantity and Specification using QCS 2010 standards
• Inspects sites during the progression of the Projects
As Planning Engineer
• Develops the most appropriate method and sequence of construction activities, in conjunction with Operations Manager, in order to ensure the WSD activities is completed timely, safely and on budget.
• Prepares schedules, plans and oversees the entire work program using integrated planning program.
• Preparation of baseline program and short term internal program with resource loading.
• Preparation Manpower Forecast the upcoming months determining the shortfall manpower requirement.
• Preparations of internal look ahead program.
• Close coordination with Site Planning Engineers in gathering information, data and updates of the projects.
• Prepares Manpower Histogram, Progress Reports and Budget Cost Analysis using Excel and Primavera.
• Updating and monitoring of progress based on information coming from sites.
• Verifies critical path, activities and issues that will affect the completion of the project.
• Planning recovery program to catch up delays.
• Prepares and evaluate detailed productivity rates calculations reflecting the man-hours and cost per unit for all workshop trades.
• Prepares daily and weekly manpower productivity reports for all Projects for each Workshops Sections.
• Set up issue alerts for all important milestone and activities.
• Provides logical solution and appropriate techniques in dealing with site issues and management concerns.
• Prepares BOQ, Invoices, Variations, Payment Certificate and Progress Billing.
• Execute and coordinate works and activities with Project Team.
• Prepares management reports, corporate presentation and other documentation as required by Top Management.
• Prepares rough estimation, structural drawing and design calculation as Management requires.
• Provides recommendation report and manpower shortage analysis for Manpower Recruitment of all Projects.
• Arranges Staff evaluation and appraisal.
• Formulates overall budget and financial report for Workshops Sections.
• Manage and preserve organize filling system
• Taking the Lead for Structural Design and Estimate for Industrial Plants, Civil and Infrastructure, Vertical and Residential Facilities, etc.
• Preparation of BOQ and Quotation for clients.
• Prepares Variation, Progress Billing and Payment Certificates.
• Handles Budget and Cost Analysis.
• Project team leader in Supervision and Inspection on Project Sites.
• Prepares Planning Reports and Analysis towards Bids until contract approval.
• Project Leader for Housing Construction and Land Development - Handles all related planning and construction management on site having 6 Housing Contractors and 1 Land Development Contractor.
• Project Leader for Inter-connecting Bridge - Handles BID Awarding for Inter-connecting Bridge until execution and completion. Direct coordination with the consultants, contractors and government agencies for all legal documentation, design and construction drawings, implementation and completion.
• Prepares loading calculation for different type of retaining structure (e.g. Gabion, Macafferi Grid, Terra Mesh and Concrete Walls)
• Provides logical design outlay for Civil Works and Land Development
• Structural Inspector for Cast-in-place Panel System (Sterling Panel System)
• Handles and evaluates Contractor’s Accomplishment, Progress Billings and Invoices.
• Monitors housing and land development completion based on project schedule
• Taking the Lead Role for Structural Design for various facilities - Prepares Structural Drawings and Computation for municipality approval. Reviews the drawings and prepares needed documentations such as Contracts, BOQ, Method Statement and Specification.
• Coordination with Municipality all submission related to Design and other technical requirements.
• Budget monitoring, Site Supervision & Inspection at the construction site.

• Assisting on Project Operation and Site Management - Handles subcontractors in site construction for roads, retaining structures and low rise housing.
• Dealing with Clients Developers - Directly coordinates with Clients Developer for Payment, Accomplishments, Completion Schedule and Turnover.
