- Managed the veterinary clinic and veterinary diagnostic laboratory
- Carried out day-to-day operational management of livestock farm and ecosystem health of reserve
- Managed staff in Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, Elephant Sanctuary, Predator Camps
- Supervised eco-health research of students, interns and volunteers at Kwantu
- Taught environmental education to students, interns and volunteers
- Planned, made operational budgets and managed all animal health and conservation budget
- Supervised the nutrition and supplements of predators at Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre
- Managed field staff in farm and reserve
- Coordinated game counts and analysed data
