AND RENPOSIBILITIES
•To maintain company standards of quality service. Presentation and cleanliness and ensure that all food produced in the kitchen is in line with company standards and specifications.
•To comply with all company policies and procedures.
•To comply with all legislation regarding food hygiene and health and safety food standards.
•To work towards high scores in all inspections and audits.
•Figures food coast and record on daily food coast sheet.
AND RENPONSIBILITIES
•To assist in the preparation of various dishes in hot and cold section
•According to a set menu and under the supervision of the head chef, or executive chef in the restaurant.
•To maintained the cleanliness of the food preparation area as well as the kitchen equipments.
•To cut meat, seafood such as calamari, vegetables and fruits as needed for the preparation of dished from the menu of the restaurant. To coordinate and prepare meals within the menu guidelines, dietary requirements and standard particularly the appearance, taste temperature and sanitation.
•To clean and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for the hot line section.
•To assist in the garnishing and decorating of the meal.
AND RENPONSIBILITIES
•Assist the sous chef in preparing and cooking the food in high quality standard.
•Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area and implementing the safety and hygiene in food plating.
•In-charge of checking food preparation and setting up of equipments
•Assist the chefs in the production of different foods for example vegetable, meats and seafood.
