Economy
Take responsibility at supervisory level for budget on rig/platform and/or projects. Ensure all resources are according to budget and planned activities. Requisition from PE if reports show budget overrun. Review requirements from PE regarding resource needs (see if requirements are necessary and adequate. Administer project expenses and income and request substantiating information from PE when this is deemed necessary.
Contracts
Ensure that contract requirements according to planned activities are met for contracts with Clients and suppliers
Verify that all resources are delivered according to contracts. Verify that scope of work and other terms are in accordance with Seadrill's and Client's requirements. Ensure conformity of contract execution through contact with Client.
Reporting
Follow routines specified in contract and in Seadrill Engineering (SE) quality management system. Report resource usage to Client and local Operations Manager. Verify that documentation preparation follows the plan established for this purpose. Update on a continuous basis the monthly status report, which is sent out after the previous month's invoicing. On the basis of input from Project Managers, keep updating the weekly report that is to be presented to the local Operations Manager.
