ID management Officer-Operation Excellence at Seera Group
  • Egypt - Cairo
  • October 2020 to December 2021

* Joining Operation Excellence, starting it from the ground up, and developing it was one of the challenges I was seeking for. The main purpose of it is to control the credentials access level and permissions allowed through any of the IDs that are created or deactivated, to any of the many firm members, through the many other portals of the suppliers/vendors and our partners in business to prevent any illegitimate transactions and to maintain a sustainable database of it.

* To achieve our goal, our task requires coordinating with multiple teams to make a blueprint of the work process. Coordination with the teams that need those permissions and IDs as part of their job is represented in Fulfillment teams which we should take into consideration their requirements to assist them and facilitate their tasks as much as possible in a manner that does not conflict with the main purpose of the Operation Excellence team, and that happens with the coordination with a technical team that may provide or implement tools based on suggested solutions by the OE team that may enhance and improve the workflow.
