• Responsible for preparation & submission of (RFI) Request for Inspection for Quality Control Department.
• Responsible for encoding & submission daily progress report (through email) of civil works as specify; (Common Cooling Seawater System pipe supports, anchor supports, platforms, water drainage (v- ditch), box culvert, protection slab, civil works of electrical duct banks, duct bank instrument, electrical trenches, instrument trenches.)Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications by welding, bracing, soldering and threading joint.
Timely and accurate report as delegate in coordination with all departments.
• Ensuring the availability of up to date information/data throughout the project
• In charge in handling of all civil works punchlist.
• Preparing permit for the site.
• Coordinating with all departments, regarding such related works.
• Contribute to general day to day working department.
• Assured no errors in documents before submission.
Responsible for updating drawing revisions.
• Controlling all types of documents and records and identifying in respond to daily task needed.
• To ensure efficient and effective document/filing system is maintained.
• Preparation of formats and presentations in Excel, Word, or PowerPoint documents.
• Timely and accurate report as delegate in coordination with all departments.
• Distribute drawings & documents with appropriate matrix upon request from Construction Manager.
• Ensuring the availability of up to date information/data throughout the project.
• Responsible for preparing Inspection Request (IR) under civil work activities in daily basis, schedules for the Fire Protection System, 3 week look-ahead demand forecast and concrete orders.
• Preparing all kinds of permits (Hot work, Cold work, etc.)
• Responsible for updating drawing revisions.
To ensure safety of all workers and at the same time to protect the properties of the project owner and company. To inspect the work area daily or as noted. To report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor. To keep records of all safety meetings. Interact with the company representative on health and safety issues. Ensure the provision of sufficient and adequate welfare facilities.
Determines malfunction of electrical system by visual inspection of vehicle / equipment and coordinate to workshop and site in ‐ charge on day to day activities. Auto Electricians also install electrical equipment such as gauges, lighting, alternators, and starter motors in cars, and install electrically operated accessories.
