• Responsible for the complete management and performance of three departments contributing 25% of overall store sales
• Working efficiently with all departments to maximize sales and to ensure smooth operations
• Helping to accommodate and assist up to 80, 000 visitors weekly through careful planning of floor coverage, floor layout and continuous monitoring of stock levels.
• Resolving complicated customer complaints and issues
• Responsible for the entire showroom in absence of direct line manager
• Staff management for all Sales employees (interviewing, development planning, time management, business process and product range training, disciplinary, scheduling, payroll, delegation of tasks)
• Generating and analyzing reports in regards to sales (comparisons, product analysis, growth and loss etc.) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Planning and organizing sales activities and promotions that run throughout the entire store inclusive of ordering stocks, highlighting and merchandising specific products, communication requirements, manpower and implementation
• GCC Navision Super User for Sales(Business Process) and staff management functions (IKEA)
• Managing and motivating the sales team
• Ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the store
• Inspecting all facilities to assure they are working properly
• Supervision of staff during inventory, pricing, and security tag application
• Adhering to all targets set by Head Office
• Maintaining continuous contact with head office concerning the state of the store, staff and inventory
