Resposibilties:
Design Call Centers and IVRs and PBX based on Asterisk and Linux .
Presale of the company products .
Support the ticket of the customer technical issues .
Responsible for supporting all VF Egypt internet users’ inquiries (3G or ADSL).
Follow up with second line of support to make sure that all escalated problems will
be solved in the appropriate time
Coordinate with customers to assist them with any questions or issues arising from
their use of Vodafone’s internet Service and relative hardware.
Prioritizing and achieving multiple tasks, establishing and meeting deadlines.
Handle and retain all the customers’ complaints within the SLA.
Create a smooth communication channel with different departments to resolve
customer problems and requests when needed in a highly professional manner.
