Help develop and implement the marketing plan following business objectives and budgets and support the roll-out of the marketing campaigns/content across a range of online and offline channels
Roles & Responsibilities for Marcom:
• Ensure that all communication is in-line with corporate strategy (branding strategy)
• Fully utilize the social media platforms to promote the brand and services
• Support the online team in developing and implementing the brand strategy
• Execute content strategy across key target audience to build brand awareness
• Support the content team to generate engaging content
• Evaluate the success (impact & outcome) of all email campaigns against objectives
• Assist in identifying best practices and support processes of internal communication to ensure sharing across all sites
• Research, identify and monitor the company’s presence on any and all different online and offline channels
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring a company’s website presence over the web through managing rich content that is relevant to the subject.
find website bugs such as (inactive links or not properly loaded images) and fix them.
Make sure that the website is accessible to as many people as possible through different browsers and through search engines.
Communicating with other departments such as IT Help Disk (internally) or IT partners (externally) to avoid website downtime.
Maintain a high level of security through firewall.
Responsible for planning the future changes in the website to make it more appealingly designed and content relevant
1. Assist in developing individual employee training plan
2. Research and find available training avenues and classes
3. Develop, track and update a training budget
4. Investigate areas of needed training company wide and recommend solutions
5. Track and mange all training schedules and coordinate effort
6. Evaluate training venders to see who best meets the employees needs
7. Document and update all training plans and findings
8. Assist in other HR needed tasks
