• Carried out gate and door entry checks at the sites, Offices, Camp/apartments and other public places.
• Getting help during some dangerous situation such armed robbery attacks or assaults with deadly weapons direct to inform supervisor or call the police.
• Receiving and checking guests and directing them to the right place.
• Preparing out going correspondence to the supervisor and replying in coming correspondences on a daily basis.
• Checking and monitoring such as maintaining rules and policies as set up by Employer.
• Asking, giving out Identity card before being granted to enter into the premises.
• Investigating and reporting any illegal activity in the premises.
• Responsible for dealing with emergencies as they arise.
• Controlling traffic by directing drivers to the right place.
• Completing fire alarm and health and safety checks
