personal judgment to a variety of technical personnel and managerial problems
and issues.
* Conducts wage surveys within labor markets to determine competitive wage
rates. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive
compensation plan.
* Create and implement policies and procedures, job descriptions for all
positions on a group level.
* Create and implement appraisal system related to employee performance
indicator in relation to yearly bonus eligibility across all markets.
* Conducted various customer service training programs.
* Oversees and directs the development and administration of the H.R.D. annual
budget.
* Negotiates with insurance companies, brokers with respect to premiums,
terms and conditions, renewals and modifications of insurance contracts.
Procures property and liability insurance, as required, to preserve the company
assets
Build the company structure in per projected sales VS salaries ratio.
* Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
* Manages applicant pools, ranks candidates, profiles candidates against specific
needs, performs job related skills tests and performs reference checks.
* Keeps informed of developments in such areas such as wages and salaries,
employee benefits, and departmental needs. Familiar with equal employment

* Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges,
universities, and job fairs for recruitment purposes.
