Main point of contact between supplier and customer with regards to sending price request based on enquiries received, sending offers to customers, sales contract, Proforma Invoices, locking in orders with suppliers.
Follow up for shipment schedule, copy and original documents, pertaining to their orders.
Follow up of payments with customers and commission payments with suppliers.
Total order processing from booked orders till arrival at the port of destination.
Raising of orders in Orion, handling Indent, Re-invoicing and Stock & Sales orders and then circulating the same to the team.
Sending monthly reports, sales report, pending order report, budget reports, preparing of Progress report, travel report etc
Generating MIS reports on monthly basis for Vice- President, General Managers, sales mangers etc through Business Objects and Orion.
Preparation of the Mid- Year review for the department and presentation in MS Power Point Presentation.
End of year Budget entry and projection of the next year in MS Power Point.
Preparation of the ISO file yearly. Co-ordinate with regards to customer survey forms, supplier survey feedback forms, customer complaint etc.
Weekly updates on orders, shipments, IMS reports from customers/distributors.
Ticket booking, hotel reservation, car rentals.
Sending local and overseas courier.
Preparing of visa for overseas countries, so far prepared visa for Schengen countries, Australia, USA etc
Co-ordination and preparing for exhibitions for e.g. Gulfood, Anuga, INC etc
