Plan and supervise work activities of subordinates relating to labor relations.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop an HR team to ensure that the organization’s human resources strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention throughout regular visits to our locations and branches.
Update & Implement HR and Personnel policies and procedures to ensure effective application of HR standards.
Assure the effective implementation of initiatives that support the understanding and practicing of the company’s core values and HR policies and procedures awareness; to support building a positive business culture.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Conduct the exit interviews and feedback sessions.
Create employee handbook with all related policies and procedures.
Create SOPs for the critical positions.
Represent the organization in interactions with external governmental authorities.
Manage hiring, monthly payments, and termination cycles.
Utilize competency, business partner concept and customer oriented approaches.
Minimizing overtime payments with new approaches.
Handling the outsourcing companies in terms of conducting the agreements and follow up.
1- Prepare both of Job description and Job specification . 2- Select , recruit , and orient the new applicants . 3- Conduct a formal and informal interview. 4- Conduct a salary survery. 5- Implement the assessment tools such as the performance appraisal system. 6- Establish the compensation which includes promtion , demotion and so on .
