- Prepare the audit plan for audit engagements.
- Organize meetings with clients during all phases of audit to ensure compliance with conditions and terms of the engagement.
- Supervise the team members during the fieldwork in order to get an effective and efficient results.
- Ensuring that the audited financial statements are prepared in accordance with the applicable standards (IFRS) and tax regulations and the audit is performed in compliance with international standards.
- Using knowledge of the audit process to complete a detailed review of the audit file and ensuring that sufficient appropriate
audit evidence has been obtained, procedures carried out and documentation completed to form and support conclusions on key audit risk areas.
- Prepare and review final audit reports to be delivered to clients.

- Booking of daily transactions of companies.
- Check and approve daily accounting and journal entries.
- Audit companies’ books and ensure compliance with accounting standards and Lebanese Tax Law.
- Prepare balance sheet, income statement, salaries tables, financial ratios analysis, bank reconciliations.
- Prepare End of year closing (depreciation-accruals-prepayments-provisions-DOE…).
- Prepare quarterly taxes declarations (VAT, Salaries, NSSF…) to send them to the Ministry of Finance .
- Prepare and control the calculation of income tax related to SAL, SARL, Off-Shore, Holding, and prepare the annual declarations related to these companies (Oscar).
- Prepare audit reports as per international standards.
