• Reviewing the Shop drawing & IFC drawing to prepare the equipment schedule and the necessary calculations likes ESP, Heat load and duct size.
• Preparation of BOQ for HVAC and Plumbing system
And ordering the materials as per the requirement at site.
• Planning the material and manpower, job allocation, target setting and achieving.
• Preparation of RFI as required
• Close monitoring the jobs to ensure the work in compliance with drawing, specs & consistent quality.
• Reporting day to day activities to the higher personals and to achieve monthly job targets.
• Project Reporting, Site Co-ordination, Client Meeting-Presentation and Team Supervision.
• Preparation, execution & monitoring, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems long with BMS as per compliance with the plan, shop drawing, specification, standards and schedule.
• Monitor consumption of material with respect to the ordered materials.
• Verifying the BMS points from the I/O list
• Verifying the BMS interface activities through Mechanical Systems
• Close monitoring the maintenance activities after T&C until handover the each equipment.
• Follow up with the contractors for material delivery at site in a timely manner.

• Monitor the progress at site & ensure any possible delays are dealt in timely manner.
