Responsible for the management & creation of design & modeling, submitting quotations, creating fabrication drawings and assembly documents for manufacturing & fabrication with the use of Solidworks 3D & AutoCAD.
Prepares design and budget by studying specifications, identifying drawings, and projecting costs for the project.
Evaluate offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and project requirements. Submit PO and obtain bids from the supplier by specifying materials and negotiating price.
Prepare, manage and submit quotations to the client with full coordination with the operations manager.
Manage the preparation of detailed projects program of work using Microsoft excel.
Monitoring progress of fabrication and design implementation with workshop supervisor to supply product at the site as per schedule.

Designs sheet metal parts, busbars( Aluminum & Copper) arrangement, and electrical equipment arrangements of low voltage switchboards using solid works, in accordance with client requirements, while ensuring compliance with Schneider electric quality standards.
Prepare detailed part drawings, Assembly details, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
