Responsible for developing and executing plans to meet the set targets in volume and margin for NNPC Retail’s
business for the sales area.
➢ Responsible for auditing and preparation of Credit Stations/ Affiliate Dealers Final Accounts for NNPC Retail Limited
➢ Responsible for ensuring accurate posting of proceeds made by NNPC Retail Mega Stations and Affiliated Stations into SAP, respectively in the correct ledger accounts.
➢ Processing of Dealer’s claims and transporters claim on SAP.
➢ Ensure credibility of finance team and function by providing timely and accurate comparative financial performance reports, analysis of budgets and financial forecasts and profitability analysis, cash flow planning, development, and management both immediate and longer-term financing strategy.
➢ Effective supervision of subordinates to meet accounting deadlines.
Receive and process Sale Orders from Sales Representative.
➢ Liaise with Finance and Accounts Department for confirmation of payments to ensure prompt service delivery of orders.
➢ Liaise with Operations department (Depot Reps) for prompt delivery of customer orders.
➢ Update daily sales orders raised and notify the Head Office
➢ Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints and compliments and update the electronic and manual Log book.
➢ Maintain regular contact with customers through phone, email and visits.
➢ Maintain accurate dealer database in the region.
➢ Carry out monthly reconciliation of Sales Orders and deliveries with Accounts Department
➢ Maintain regular contact with Sales Admin Officers for reporting and resolution of issues.
➢ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on activities (covering number of sales orders processed, number of queries logged etc) to Customer Services/ Service Standard Supervisor.
➢ Conduct stations visit to ensure compliance with customer service standards and carry out customer service surveys to ascertain level of satisfaction with the quality of service and products.
