Responsible for the operation, maintaining safe working environment & improvement of mold and injection moulding machine efficiency and performance, working on a rotating shift schedule, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company
Implementation of ECT (testing machines) maintenance and repair procedures, fabrication and revision of electrical testing parts and minor repair of ECT defects if within the capability. Makes evaluation report of findings with the supervision of supervisor
Prepare mould for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Participate in process or quality improvement meeting.
Assist & confirm proper installation of new machine, robot & other accessories for injection process.
Assist contractor during lay out & installation.
Conduct and or confirm I/O (installation & Operation) check of the new installed machine.
Performs & supervise actual mould & machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
