• Ensuring alignment, integration and adaptation of HR initiatives to enhance organizational capability for meeting business goals and objectives.
• Providing technical advice on a wide range of HR practices to ensure effective implementation.
• Participating in recruitment process for both staff and manpower.

• Dealing with site administrators regarding all manpower issues.
