While working as a Geotechnical Engineer for Octagon Contracting & Engineer I am part of the team that is in charge of:
-the execution of bored piles, diaphragm walls, drilled wells, guide beams
-the excavations of the natural ground to the desired level and the removal of the detritus -the execution of the bentonite deposit
-verifying the design drawings and marking on site the exact location of the walls and piles -sampling and performing the quality tests on the bentonite slurry
-preparing the daily site reports as required
-verifying the delivery and quality documents of the materials to be as per the project specification -the day to day site management of the materials, machinery and labour force

• Ensure that work / projects are delivered based on good work practices and project specifications to guarantee completion of work within budget at the given time with quality that meets or even exceeded the client’s expectations by implementing international quality standards plans and quality procedures in all the construction activities.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
• Preparing reports as required
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Attending the inspections of the consultants
• Attending the meetings with the clients and consultants on site
• Interpreting client’s requirements; identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and initiating appropriate corrective actions.

• Attending at the asphalt plants and subbase plants, the sampling of the materials and ensuring they get approved in order to use them
• Submitting the inspections requests, attending the inspections and answering the comments of all of them in order to get them approved code “A”
• Preparing the checklists to be attached to the inspection requests
• Answering and closing the NCRs and CARs and ensuring the cases are not repeated
• Preparing the test requests for the material testing in the laboratory and attending the testing along with the consultants
• Preparing the testing logs in order to keep the record of testing

 choosing the correct UL or Engineering Judgement Systems for the MEP and Construction Joints
 verifying the drawings and penetration log sheets to be as per the site conditions according to the Life Safety Plans
 Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
 organizing the sites and liaise with the Main Contractors as well as day-to-day management of the site
 supervising and monitoring the site labour force and ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications

I worked for Euroanswer, Bitdefender project as a technical support representative for Brazilian and English speaking markets and I had the following responsibilities:
-technical support
-undertaking initial diagnostics of the incident, usin the tools available and resolving as many as possible on initial contact
-provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium
-solving hardware and software issues
