• Prepare & update Cl.14 Program as per Conditions of Contract.
• To develop project organization plan for execution of work & standards for executing them
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports in line with client requirements.
• Compile Project Budget, Anticipated cost and track financial health of project
• To prepare Quarterly, monthly & weekly programs as per budget allocated to the site & monitor the work progress periodically
• To track material & resource plan & timely updating the same. Preparation of Cost & Time Schedules
• Evaluating the resources utility & productivity.
• Collecting & collating the site data of the activities in progress & deployment of manpower, equipment, material
• Liaise with on-site / client accounts team to monitor and keep control over the payments, billing, pending payments.
• To prepare reconciliation statements of materials, bills, subcontractor payments etc.
• Recovery program in fast track & crash schedule
• Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claim and substantiating document
• Co-ordination and liaise with sub-contractors and client representatives

Key Result Areas:
Reviewing & analyzing contract documents for each construction package and accordingly advising the Project Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view
Functioning as an active member of PMO (Project Management Office) in the organization with the responsibility of conducting review meetings with the key project member from planning point of view

New initiatives designed & executed in analyzing contract documents for each construction package:
Successfully implemented the plans along with the monitoring / tracking systems by coordinating with the Construction Team, Procurement, Document Controller and Finance within SME (Small Medium Enterprise) which contained more than 70 ongoing projects involving nil planning activities
Initiatives to execute projects on time and within budgets:
In Etihad Tower Project Abu Dhabi, effectively coordinated with the QS Manager and claimed around 3 million time extension through provisioning of planning reports, delay analysis and other reports
