Key Result Areas:
Reviewing & analyzing contract documents for each construction package and accordingly advising the Project Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view
Functioning as an active member of PMO (Project Management Office) in the organization with the responsibility of conducting review meetings with the key project member from planning point of view

Successfully implemented the plans along with the monitoring / tracking systems by coordinating with the Construction Team, Procurement, Document Controller and Finance within SME (Small Medium Enterprise) which contained more than 70 ongoing projects involving nil planning activities
Initiatives to execute projects on time and within budgets:
In Etihad Tower Project Abu Dhabi, effectively coordinated with the QS Manager and claimed around 3 million time extension through provisioning of planning reports, delay analysis and other reports
