Research Consultant (Financial Services): Responsibilities included reaching out to potential candidates in global markets for predominantly banking & finance roles. In addition to the initial call and sending resumes to clients, I was also responsible for arranging interviews, salary negotiations and client account management.

• Was responsible for contacting inbound and outbound leads to discuss their interest in our CIPD training sessions for human resources or learning & development.
• Upon initial contact via phone or email, training requirements were to be understood by means of reviewing their CV and english assessment tests. Was required to provide a recommendation on the suitable level of training and register their seat upon receiving completed registration form.
• All points of contact with clients were to be entered in our CRM database (Maximiser).
• Was able to meet all targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

• The internship served as a means of training in sales and understanding of CIPD.
• Was awarded a full time role with the organisation based on performance.
