•Invensys Process Systems in Foxboro, Massachusetts USA, is a major global supplier of systems, software, instruments, solutions and instruments for process automation and asset performance management. Primary customer industries include Refining and Petrochemicals, Upstream Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Fine Chemicals, and Power and Utilities. Invensys IPS is in the process of implementing SAP global template rollout in their regional headquarters for the Middle East at JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone) in Dubai.
• As an SAP Project Manager for Invensys GIBS Middle East rollout I’m responsible for the implementation deliverables for the functional and technical consultant’s team. Provide weekly status reports to the VP and managing Director locally and globally. Provide a cut-over plan and a strategy for data migration. Assist in validation and configuration on the SD/PS side. Provide a change management strategy company wide. Created a training plan and schedule for super users and end users.
• Created user training for PS module and conducted integration testing on project system scenarios.
•Running and executing the operation of ERP distributorship.
•Involved in assisting large organization scope, plan and define for large SAP implementations. Providing dashboards and recommendations to executives to monitor all the area of the organization. Implementation of Balanced Scorecards and help in assessing KPI. Provide management coaching, risk assessment and strategic planning workshops.
