Telecommunications Integration Projects - UAE
Project Manager for Integrated Telecommunication Projects. I am responsible for the Delivery of contracts to the clients including the following integrated systems. SDH / PDH / Tetra and UHF Radio Systems / LAN WAN / CCTV and Security / PAGA / Telephone / Voice Recording / Video Conferencing Systems / Network management software and many more security and public safety systems. Responsible for the full end to end delivery including supplier management, health and safety management, coordination of sub suppliers and engineering team. Customer Management and dealing with all aspects of the commercial elements of the projects.
Service Manager for a $1bn Project. I am responsible for the Service Delivery and availability of a City Wide Public Safety Scheme. The Service scope includes maintaining the availability to contractual SLA’s of a Data Centre Applications, Servers, Systems, Storage, Network Hardware, and outside plant including Switches, Firewalls, UPS, and CCTV Cameras.
Project Director for the $130m Project reporting to the Vice President of PMO I was responsible for the end to end delivery of the Contract. The project scope entails detailed security consultancy studies, security system design, testing and implementation of a comprehensive security solution over a converged network that includes Access Control, CCTV, LRAD, ANPR, Radar, Vehicle and Personnel Screening. Leadership of a 50+ team made up of Design, Engineering, Implementation, Integration and Commercial staff. Along with leading the team I am also responsible for Client and Supplier Interfacing.
Systems Integrator of Retail IT systems - IBM Service partner- reporting to the Managing Director and responsible for all client facing installation and Maintenance contracts.
Business Systems Integrator of IT and Telecoms systems - Cisco Gold Partner- reporting to the Director of Projects and responsible for all client facing projects and Business Development .
