I handle sales training for Nissan, Infiniti & Renault.
Training includes but not limited to:
1. Basic Customer Handling Standards
2. Advanced Customer Handling Standards
3. Closing & Handling Objections Skills
4. Automotive Fundamentals
5. Product Knowledge
6. Warranty & Limitations
7. Newly launched products
8. Product refreshers
I conduct an in-house certification program (Al Mana Sales Executive Certification Program) together with my Training Manager for newly hired sales executives.
I manage and deliver our monthly in-house Online Sales Quiz to keep Sales Executives up-to-date with relevant Sales Process Standards, Product & Basic Automotive Knowledge. Results for this quizzes are consolidated & used as TNA. Moreover, monthly coaching sessions are conducted based on the questions of the previous quizzes.
Each year, I do coaching for our representative for NISSAN & INFINITI's regional competition for Sales Executives in Dubai
In addition, I handle admin work for LMS (learning management system) for Nissan, Renault and Infiniti.
- Trains new sales consultants by conducting orientation to sales process; developing needed soft skills (Salesmanship, Negotiations, Handling Objections) and providing product knowledge training - Travel to dealerships nationwide to conduct OJT (on the job training) and coaching for both newly trained and experienced ales consultants - Creates new modules for training depending on the needs analysis of each dealerships - improve training effectiveness by researching new trends and developing new approach and techniques - closely work with other departments (Product Development, Marketing and Sales) for training updates - Assists other departments (Sales and Marketing) especially during special occasions (Chevrolet Motorama Displays - yearly auto show) -
- work closely with customer through out the sales process
- foster successful relationship endearing the customer to their business
- handle any inquiries produced by the client, investigate the issues and provide necessary feedbacks
- network and negotiate with prospective clients about their orders, generating company revenue
- process customers order in a timely manner
- closely work with other departments and teams including accounting and marketing
- schedule client's appointments for both sales and after sales
