Financial highlights and Group performance report and Subsidiaries performance report.

Preparation of Risk Control Matrix (RCM), Flow Chart and assessment & testing of defined
controls for compliance of Internal Financial Control (IFC) requirement as per Companies’ Act,
2013.
Review of Data Migration from Old ERP to SAP HANA along with testing of effectiveness of
system controls.
To analyse regular amendments in the fields of financial accounting and reporting to identify the
impacts of the same on group and ensure proper compliances.
Handled Foreign Outward Remittance (Looked from the perspective of Double Taxation
Avoidance Agreement).
SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT
Prepared Carve Out Financial Statements into different business segment as per IFRS and get them
audited with Statutory auditor (Big 4) within tight timelines for Capital Market transaction.
Convergence of IGAAP financial statements into Ind AS and ensured accurate accounting positions and

Liasioning with auditors appointed by Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) cell for various
