• Ensuring the timely completion of Daily, Weekly and Monthly plans and schedules; detailed pit and dump
designs.
• Providing reports on actual and planned production statistics; and prepare weekly and monthly compliance
reports.
• Monitoring and tracking actual pit design implementation to ensure achievement of design criteria.
• Promoting and assisting with business improvement projects.
• Ensuring that environmental policies and strategies are incorporated in the mine plans and designs.

• Short-Term Scheduling: Using Deswik, Develop and update all daily, weekly and monthly mine plans, ensuring
alignment with medium-term budget and forecast targets
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure all tasks (drilling, blasting, hauling) are scheduled efficiently
• Ensure adherence to the plan and prepare Load and Haul weekly compliance
• Prepare daily blasted stock reports
• Reserves Calculation: Utilizing Deswik CAD to accurately calculate mineable reserves, integrating geological
data and cut-off grades to inform strategic planning and optimize resource extraction
• Ensure the optimal allocation of mining equipment, personnel, and resources for daily and weekly operations
• Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional teams, integrating geological and survey data with
operational planning for smooth execution.

Ensuring that mining operations are carried out according to plan, maximizing resource recovery, ensuring worker
safety, and supporting the overall mining project lifecycle from design to execution by;
• Spatial analysis and GIS data dissemination for all mine activities and plans
• Pit Floor Compliance; Monitoring all mining floors to make sure all shovels are mining to correct RL to avoid
over mining or undermining
• Daily ore faces update, Flying the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), processing the data to show mining
advances
• Concentrate shed survey; with the aid of the scanner and total station, volumes of copper and nickel
concentrate is measured, calculated and reported on a weekly basis and End of month compliance
• Monitoring mine development and infrastructure which includes dam monitoring and Structure monitoring
within site
• Conducting grade control surveys, Pre-Development and as-built surveys, Pit and dump surveys
• Conducting feasibility studies and planning
• Design drafting; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to input survey data into mine designs (e.g., pit
designs, tunnel alignments, infrastructure placement).

• Safe and efficient provision of accurate and timely surveying field work and office duties as assigned
• Drill and blast surveys and blast volume evaluations
• Drill and shovel calibration checks
• Dam wall monitoring
• Stockpile surveys and volume evaluations
• Setting up semi and permanent GCPs for geo-referencing purposes of all drone captured data.
• Setting out of Mine Design and Geological requirements.

• Site inspection and Monitoring
• Collection and analysis of geological, environmental and operational data.
• Design and plan for the development of gravel and sand pits.

• Execute plans for the development and reclamation of quarries, plans for mining, drilling and blasting and mine
