Debian (Linux) OS installation and update 7 Servers.
Configure Network and install applications. (SSH, IP, Hostname, etc)
Configure and arranging firewall/network permissions negotiation with RTA to enable
remote access to Canon
Maintain different flavors of enterprise Linux environments including Administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, optimization, capacity and continuity planning creation and execution including Health Check activities.
Doing necessary VA fixing & Hardening on Linux servers and Banking applications.
Provide evidence to internal & external auditor’s onsite inspections and audits.
Administration and managing Thales HSM
Maintaining Banking and Core banking Systems
Implementation and managing Bank ATM’s
Testing and Implementing debit card systems
Coordinate with bank staff and vendors for the Bank Transaction Switch migration project.
Handling third-party vendors.
Conducting bank DR drills.
Patching solutions(Manage engine)
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Evaluate new technology, perform tests on new hardware and software, define software
Technologies: - RedHat, VMware, HP/Dell Servers, iSwitch, AIX, Manage engine, Windows
and Commvault.
Provide Tier 2 support as necessary to Digital Banking Systems infrastructure on 24 x 7 operational environment (Windows, Linux & MS SQL).
Provide Tier 2 support as necessary to Data Warehousing Systems infrastructure on 24 x 7 operational environment And support without vender by researching and using vender knowledge base articles (VMWare, Windows, SUSE Linux Enterprise).
Doing necessary VA fixing & Hardening on applications, systems, infrastructure, firmware, and other areas.
Be part of planning, design and maintenance of virtualized IT Infrastructure solutions.
Maintain proper on time escalation procedures to ensure effective communication and get the customer queries/faults sorted within agreed SLAs.
Responsible to ensure ISO 27001 ISMS Procedures.

Assembling and mounting Servers/DC equipment on racks.
Labelling and documenting the cabinet cabling. (Maintaining cabinet layouts, cabling diagrams etc.)
Maintain proper on time escalation procedures to ensure effective communication and get the customer queries/faults sorted within agreed SLAs.
Responsible to ensure ITIL/ISO 27001 ISMS Procedures are enforced and adhered across IDC sites.
Incident reporting & event log including changes will be maintained alongside the inventory.
