•
Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Conduct regular risk assessments and incident reviews.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
4. Customer Experience
•
Ensure guests receive high-quality service and memorable experiences.
•
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Design and improve adventure packages based on customer interests.
5. Equipment & Facility Oversight
•
Monitor inventory and order supplies or gear as needed.
•
Ensure all facilities (e.g., gear rooms, rest areas, trails) are clean and functional.
•
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors or internal teams.
6. Financial & Administrative Tasks
•
Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs.
•
Prepare reports on attendance, revenue, and performance metrics.
•
Oversee booking systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
7. Marketing & Community Engagement
•
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and packages.
•
Build partnerships with schools, tour operators, and local businesses.
•
Organize special events, seasonal programs, or team-building activities

Responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, appraisal, development and Performance of all employees within the Operations Department.

Ensure the smooth running of the Ice Rink’s operation, by coordinating staff and resources to meet the demands of the public and customers, and by making regular patrols of the Ice Rink to oversee the operation.

Deal with matters relating to the public use of the facility such as general enquiries, complaints, bookings, etc.

To cash up and take till readings at the end of each till operators shift and at the end of the day

Deal with members of the public in a polite and courteous manner and to always promote good customer care.

Responsible for the staff discipline and attendance within the department in accordance with the company’s policies

Elaborates the revisions in the process flow or updates team on new or closed establishments and assigns staff appropriately during peak times or special events. - Oversees the staff schedules and prepares coordinator schedules for operations and Management.

Ensures all maintenance issues are reported on time for 100% functionality of establishments and strives to eliminate risks.

• Greeting, directing and assisting all visitors of Kidzania and selling different types of tickets.
• Record and reporting all incidents and customer complaints to the line manager.
• Ensure daily check of counter, exit and gust relations desk to assure correct operation procedures.

• Coordinate on the daily revision of cash machines and system to assure correct operation conditions.
• Receiving customers complaints and find the best solutions.
