- Set up a network of marketing intelligence to explore possibilities and opportunities for business that are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and resources.
- Carry out an in-depth analysis of third-party offerings and feasibility of targeted business expansion possibilities to ensure profitable deals in the medical diagnostics.
- Recommends new products, based on market study, for registration and market entry in both domestic and the international markets for portfolio diversification.
- Manage, monitor, and coach team performance to be aligned with the designed strategic goals.
Identifying new investments through proactive seeking of opportunities (venture and growth capital) in United Kingdom and Italy conducting market analysis to anticipate trends in healthcare domains of interest (medtech, in-vitro diagnostics, healthcare services) thus identifying key players & potential targets.
Participating in the screening process of investment opportunities received by the company on weekly basis through qualitative & quantitative studies (technology, financials & strategy) in healthcare domains of interest for due diligence process.
Contributing to the expansion of the organization by preparing and coordinating some activities planned for the year 2014 like internal & external seminars / conventions.
Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting partners; discovering and exploring opportunities in the market of API commercialising.
Developing and negotiating contracts with potential business partners e.g. New contracts with some business partners in China, Austria, Germany, Hungry
Supporting marketing activities, including mailings with customers.
Undertaking assessments of training needs (TNA) and developing a yearly plan to meet identified needs.
Maintaining close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs to ensure that they are fully aware of training opportunities available internally or externally
Evaluating all trainings and developments provided.
Implementing the process of performance appraisals for all company's employees.
Auditing training records to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 Certificate.
Gathering information regarding different brands of drugs with different indications as source of data mining that will be used in developing statistical analysis to be deliver to multinational pharmaceutical companies upon which sales forecasting and yearly plans are established.
Phone communication with Physicians on local and international basis in the MENA region.
Supervising quality of the team's performance regarding probing techniques, flow of conversation, opening and closing techniques.
Scheduling the daily action plan for the team.
Reporting the flow of operation & feedback to the Marketing Manager.
Assisting in improving and adapting program software used to match the current research in
Checking prescriptions for proper dosage and advising patients regarding indications & possible side effects or drug interactions.
Compounding prescribed pharmaceutical products by calculating, measuring, mixing the quantities of drugs and other non-active ingredients required together.
Ordering and maintaining the inventory of pharmaceutical supplies.
Advising customers on selection and usage for non-prescription medication (OTC)
Supervising and co-ordinating the activities of pharmacy assistants, and other staff.
Promoting Wide range of product portfolio (Depakine, Xatral, Dogmatil, Ercefuryl, Hemoclar, Thiophenicol, and Stilnox) to existing and new clients (Physicians, Pharmacists).
Identifying and focusing on potential clients and KOLs in many territories within Cairo.
Assessing clients' needs and tailoring product design to suit these needs.
Developing reports and proposals as part of sales presentation.
