o Structure Cabling (DATA, Voice, WIFI).
o Nurse calls System.
o Earth and Lighting Protection system.
o Voice Evacuation.
o Center Battery system.
o SMATV.
Duties
: Summary of duties as follows -
o Following up with construction team for 1st and 2nd fix installation inspection.
o Following with construction team to achieve the higher quality on site.
o Coordinate with Main Contractor for the all MEP requirement to precede the work.
o Coordinating with Main Contractor for Clearance and Handing over.
o Dealing with consultant for approval.
o Coordinating with sub-contractor for all requirements for work proceeding.
o Coordinating with Construction and Tech. team for any details or drawing required.
o Schedule progress of works to achieve the project milestones on time.
o Schedule Planning for Sub-Contractor to achieve the project milestones.
o Heavily involved in project meetings (consultant, contractor & client).
Project : SOFITEL SPA & RESORTS at PALM JUMERAH - DUBAI.
o AV system for all meeting rooms, Ballroom (with combined mode), Kids Cinema, Night Club (with large LED Screen 15x10 Meter) & Hotel Suite.
o BGM (Back Ground Music) System for Main Lobby, corridors, Restaurants, Landscape, Lift Lobbies, Parking Areas & any public area.
o IPTV system (LOCATEL France) for all Guest Rooms & Public areas, installation, STB configuration, main server monitoring, Testing & Commissioning, trouble shooting, training & Handing over.
o Network switches physical installation & Connection.
o Guest, Security & Admin network switches and Fiber cable coordination, installation & connection.
o Distribute WIFI to cover all areas in Hotel, coordination, design, installation, T&C, trouble shooting & handing over.
o CCTV -(IP-Camera)- Design, installation, T&C, Main Server monitoring, Training & Handing over.
o CCTV to secure all entrances, exits, gates, Lift Lobbies, Parking Areas, Corridors, Public areas, …etc. with full 30 days recording, Design, installation, T&C, Main Server monitoring, Training, handing over & Dubai Police Approval.
o Access Control System design, installation, programming, testing & Commissioning, Staff Training & handing over.
o PABX complete coordination and installation.
o IDF Room coordination & installation.
Duties : Summary of duties as follows-
o Site Coordination between Main Contractor and other Sub-contractors.
o Revise design drawings with consultant and coordinate activities involving design amendments.
o Heavily involved in project meetings (consultant, contractor & client).
o Correspondence.
o Organize multiple site teams to achieve the goals within the allocated schedule.
o Schedule Planning for Sub-Contractor to achieve the project milestones.
o Testing & Commissioning for all activities on site and pursue approval from Consultant/ authorities.
o Troubleshooting and Maintenance for any failure after final installation or during Operation.
o System Training & Handover to Hotel Operator.
Project : Cairo Metro Line 3, Phases 1&2.
Technical : Summary of technical involvement as follows-
o Cable Routing Design for LV and MV Cables.
o Design the Route of LV, MV cables and cable trays.
o Electrical Cable Trays shop drawings review.
o Electrical Shop Drawings for Air Treatment and panels review.
o Create Cable List for LV Cables for all stations
o Recapitulative Schedule for all cables to prepare Purchasing for the Supplier.
o Design Civil Guide Drawings for Power stations. (Every Metro Station include power station inside it).
o Design Civil Guide Drawings for Switch Rooms (SR).
o Design the installation Drawings for 750V DC Cables and Cleats.
o All MEP coordination.
o Design and Coordination for Station Under Platform, 750V DC Channels, LV Cable Trays, MV Channels, LV Pipes and DC Pipes.
o El-Sewedy MV and LV cables factory inspection.
o Follow up of LV Panels Drawings with Supplier.
o Installation Drawings for Switch rooms (SR) with Cleat Supporting system on Rectifier Station (RS). From Ticket Level to Tracks.
o Revising and approval of field change requests.
o Design Standard note books for supporting system, and calculate the entire material list.
o Convert Cable Routing Drawings for station and Tunnel to Schematic to facilitate Site staff understanding routes for all cables.
o As Built drawings for installation Drawings and Cables Lists.
