• Working in Electric Arc Furnace Area As a field Maintenance Engineer responsible for SCADA & DCS and HMI System. • Responsible for testing, commissioning, start up and Maintenance operations
• Deal with High& Medium and Low Voltage Transformers and Switch gears.
• Deal with control system with Siemens Sematic S7 200&300&400.
• Deal with instrumentation and calibration system.
• Deal with several types of Sensors and actuators.
• Deal with (SVC) Static Var Compensator and all circuit diagram drawings.
• Deal with types of motors (AC, DC, and Lenz) with
several rated power &Voltage
• Deal with different types of UPS &drives.
• Deal with any electrical troubleshooting and supervised on technicians.
responsible for production on the company from LGV department (control room)
from control some reboots that responsible for port and transport the production from glazing lines to kilns (furnaces) and from it to sorting lines controlling this reboots is very important role in company because if it stop overall the company will stop controlling this from computer programing system on the control room.
1-responsible for maintenance and production operations system.
2- make periodically maintenance to reboots and operate it from control room.
3-supervision on workers on maintenance and production.

4- responsible for operation system on maintenance department.
5- responsible for sharing updating and planning the electrical system of the company.
