- Oversee the implementation of all HR Processes’ and provide support to ensure it is properly implemented.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies, and adherence to compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
- Participate to employees’ grievances and any related investigation by meeting the concerned people and establish conclusions/action plans to be taken.
- Responsible for recruitment, this includes developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, sourcing candidates, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and conduct background checking.
- Ensure that new employee will have a proper orientation.
- Oversee, update, and maintain the human resource database (HITS System). Ensures that system records are accurate, cross-checked and compliant with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures and insure that meets top management information needs.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Provide guidance and coach employees regarding HR programs, practices and procedures.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Manage and make studies for specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan.
- Promote feedback mechanisms for Line Managers to influence the continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Propose and manage the annual training budget.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when & where appropriate.
- Understand that need to be in touch with business leaders and employees and anticipate their needs and concerns.
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment in order to improve and to enhance overall HR performance.
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Administers benefits programs such as life, health, insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Prepares budget of human resources operations.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Prepare monthly & annually statistics about company human resources needs and future plan.
- Develop, Manage, and control a professional operational mechanism for implementation and control of all HR & HRD activities (Ext: recruitment &selection, hiring activities, setting the manpower plans and recruitment process, prepares recruitment budget, Exit Interview.
- Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
- Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc. on monthly basis for each department.
- Develop each position job description and follow up its yearly amendments.
- Setting training and development policy, setting the training plan & Budget for each department & division for all the company, develop training materials, Evaluation, promotion, career development structure.
- Manage and organize all activities related to salaries, benefits & compensation.
- Develop initiatives to increase workers loyalty & boost collective & individual performances.
- Manage and coordinate the execution of departments &divisions needs based on approved plans.
- Manage and coordinate the evaluation process and training needs assessments of all employees.
- Manage and organize all activities related to performance appraisal of new recruit and annual with related technical manager.
- Assist & advice employees in their internal career development based on development career plans.
- Supervise the personnel practices in its dealing with governmental agencies “labor office, social insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, transportation.

- Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards. Make sure that all governmental employees’ records are up to date.
- Ensure issuing all governmental monthly and periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department.
- Manage orientations for new employed candidates includes company code of conduct and ensure proper care is taken when using company machinery and assets to prevent injury or damage.
- Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form1, 2, 6), medical insurance, life insurance, governmental medical insurance, bank account, company ID, and other related employee logistics needed.
- Maintain proper employee engagement benefits plan including trips, discount cards, events and social charity sharing.
- Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.
- Manage code of conduct violations investigations, handle labor and social insurance office complaints and coordinate with legal department in case of labor litigation claims occurred.
- Review life insurance new additions, deletions & claims, and manage invoices payments.
- Review all employees’ issues like complaints, feedback, HR letters, bank loan requests, inquiries, and salary related issues and make sure that requests are handled and responded on time.

Role and Responsibilities in Fresh Group :
Recruitment :
1. Create job descriptions.
2. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
3. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
4. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
5. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
6. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
7. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
8. Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
9. Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
--Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
--Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
--Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
--Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
10. Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
11. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.

Coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives
16. Coordinate college recruiting initiatives.

Administrative Duties and Record Keeping
20. Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.
21. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
22. Conduct prescreening interviews.
23. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
24. Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
25. Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.

1. Collecting planned new employees requirements for all factories.
2. Providing all factories needs in limited deadline.

Role and Responsibilities in Hesni Group :
Recruitment:
1. Receiving & screening applications and Resumes.
2. Short listing suitable candidates for the required positions.
3. Building Job Descriptions
4. Organizing database and keeping it update.
5. Contacting candidates and taking appointments for interviews.
6. Making telephone interviews with candidates.
7. Preparing and drafting job advertisements through different channels.
8. Following up with candidates.
9. Searching and contacting Rec. fairs.
10. Making monthly report for turnover of labors.
11. Collect all needs of our factories from labors and providing those needs.
12. Receive new appointments Files.
13. Explain the tasks of job and the proposed salary and social insurance, medical insurance, bonuses, incentives.

Training:
1. Dealing with the IMC.
2. Coordinate the date and time of the Public and in-house Training between the Trainer and the participants.
3. Calling the participants to confirm the date & time of the programs.
4. Describe and present the outlines of each program to the clients (Companies or individuals).
5. Taking the attendance on the programs.
6. Taking feedbacks and written evaluations for the participants about each program
Performance Appraisal :
• Making models for performance evaluation form, one for technicians and other for qualifications Supreme.
• Bearing in mind the part that in the form must be looked by employee.
• Discuss the employee in the evaluation and measuring his satisfaction.
• Use the evaluation result in the development of the annual increase for each employee .
• Use performance evaluation when nominating an employee for promotion.
