Prepare reports for the Director of Sales for the daily revenue meeting and monthly owners meeting
Prepare and present the group business revenue pace report, upcoming opportunities and market strategies for the weekly groups meeting to the Sales and Revenue teams.
Coordinate with various department in developing packages, customized proposals, and the implementation of the group/events arrangements as per the agreed contract.
Develop groups market segment- corporate, leisure and government business. Create and drive business opportunities to achieve revenue goals through sales call, managing and developing customer relationships, efficient management of correspondences - inquiries, proposals and contracts.
Create packages and promotions to specific market segments to drive business and capitalize on opportunities through e-flyers, website postings and sponsorships.
Assist in the content and design of e-flyers, event websites postings and standard promotional flyers as per brand standards
