1. Greet the customers politely when entering the reception area.
2. Advise the customer about necessary service concerning regular maintenance process & identify any additional repairs by customer questioning, visual inspection or road test.
3. Record customer requirements on job order form informing the customer with estimated labor & parts cost& estimated delivery time.
4. Perform active selling process by reviewing the car with customer to identify any damages and advising the customer of what should be done as complementary work.
5. Follow up the workshop team leader to make sure that the vehicle will be delivered on time and inform the customer of any delays due to any additional work obtaining his approval on the job order form .
6. Vehicle delivery to the customer with full explanation for total work done, down mentioned comments for next service and achieving customer satisfaction of maintenance process.
7. Making sure that the vehicle is delivered clean & in perfect condition to the customer without any customer comments on the applied work.
