Responsible for any related construction projects, -Architectural Designs. -Finishing Works. -Construction Works. -Projects Coordination. -Following up and Managing all the projects.
- Promenade Residence (91 Blocks-Located in 6th of October),
• Post : Site Architect, responsible for :
All "Excavation" and "Soil replacement" for the whole site in addition to being QA & QC Engineer for the basic concrete works needed to develop a building after excavation.
- River Walk Villas Compound(94 villas - Located in New Cairo),
• Post : Site Architect, QA & QC Engineer responsible for Finishing works for 3 Units :
Finishing Budget = 4 M LE, Including :
Parquet works, Roof tiles work, Cornices works (Futec and
Gypsum),
Mosaic works, Carpentry works, Supervise Swimming pool finishing implementation.
- Food Industrial Building (Zahraa ElMaadi),
Project budget = 16M LE
• Post : Site Architect responsible for implementing:
Plumbing works, Gypsum board works, Interlock works, Securit, Water tank.
- Yachts Maintenance Workshop (Katamya - Elsokhna Road),
Project budget = 15M LE :
• Post : Site Manager responsible for implementing :
Concrete amendments of the admin building, Drainage works,
Casting 1000 m2 reinforced concrete(workshop floor),
Casting 1000 m2 of Stamped Conc.(Hardscape),
Plumbing works, Gypsum board works, Epoxy flooring works,
Insulation Works, Supervising curtain walls,
Supervising Aluminum cladding, Supervising air
conditioning,
Supervising fire fighting and fire alarm, Supervising Metal
Works.
- Wadi Degla Club (Sheraton Branch)
Project budget = 60M LE
• Post : Site Architect responsible for implementing:
Stone works, Aluminum works, Marble works, Stamped concrete works, Landscaping, Ceramic works.
In addition to basic finishing works :
Brick works, Plastering works, Painting works …etc
