Handling the entire purchase and export & import operations as well as negotiating with the suppliers, payment
terms and conducting follow ups to ensure that goods reaches its destination within the specified time frame.

Handling the PO preparation as well as following up with the manufacturing divisions and to ensure that goods
reach its destination and to customer within the specified time frame.
* Keeping a check on Order Acknowledgement, Tracking Shipment thru online & CBOL.
* Expediting processes, track and trace of expeditions.
* Changes in orders (delivery date, expediting, address, incoterms)
* Co-ordination with different Suppliers, (Factories) follow up for the materials to reach the destination on time.
* Following the Shipping instruction and follow-up for shipping documents and logistics team.

Preparing and maintaining approved suppliers list, vendor evolutionary questions, enquiries, quotations, etc. as
per the ISO 9001 rules & regulations
* Negotiate costs / payment terms / discounts with suppliers.
* Consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements and other factors.
* Purchases materials, equipment, supplies and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and
procedures.
* Reviews and analyses purchase requisitions, investigates and develops sources of supplies, prepares bid
specifications, issues bid requests and reviews quotations.
* Carryout and supply expediting reports as requested.
* Negotiate prices, discount terms and transportation arrangements for merchandise.
* Evaluate supplier quotation and prepare quotes to clients.
* Sourcing and building a balanced, commercial, and profitable range;
* Interacting with the heads of different departments and gathering requirements from them.
* Adding new suppliers by using different tools like net surfing, yellow pages and from the open market
* Developing LPO as per requirements in the company and updating it in respective software.
