Lead station master
• Implement day to day Station operation
• Ensure that station staff are motivated in their line of task, provide advise and feedback in their performance
• Ensure that Station is ready operate in normal, degraded and Emergency mode of operation
• Provide good customer service for internal and external organization.
• Ensure the competency of more than 400 Station Staff to perform their Safety Critical Task.
• Monitor the assessment process conducted by Assessor in the Stations.
• Supervise and overlook the CMS Database
• Update the competency level of each Station Staff
• Continue identifying the risk in different mode of operation in the Station
• Provide information to Competency Manager when needed.
• Produce the calendar of training for station staff
• Conduct class room and practical training of different station equipments
• Ensure that all staffe understand their safety responsibilities in different mode of operation
Provide advice and feedback after the training sessions

• Supervise the daily operation of the station.
• Monitor and supervise all station staff within their shift
• Ensure the station is ready to operate in normal, degraded and emergency situation
• Ensure that station has enough allocation of tickets and floats in daily operation
• Review and provide feedback regard station operation procedure to station operation manager
Station Agent

Reporting to the Station Master, the Station Agent is responsible for • maintaining station operational status
• providing assistance during planned or emergency evacuation of passengers as and when necessary
• controlling and mitigating overcrowding in station and platforms to ensure that passenger flow is managed in an orderly manner
• delivering essential messages to passengers via audio or visual means in a timely, clear and proactive manner
• monitoring and controlling the direction of the fare gates to facilitate the flow of passengers, and in the event of an emergency situation
• providing ticket sales, train services information and responding to passenger enquiries
• distributing publicity materials and handling lost property
• assisting the handling of cash collections from TVM
• enforcing and following safe methods of work for station operations and related activities
