Receive orders from customers & make sure to fulfil the delivery on time.
* Submit the monthly target to concern sales executives & monitor they are achieving or
not.
* Create detail proposed quotation.
* Prepare daily wise sales report.
* Prepare customer wise & sales executive wise sales report on daily basis, monitor all
customers is taking the product as well.
* Daily/Monthly Margin reports for all emirates & Forecast monthly plan.
* Make the documentation for each customer for all emirates as per ISO standard.

Prepare LPO for all suppliers for arrange the deliveries on time.
* Coordinate with suppliers regarding order discrepancies, shipment shortages and
transactional errors.
* Assist the senior buyer in bid evaluations and vendor selections.
* Evaluate all purchase orders and ensure their accordance with the SKU and packaging
guidelines.
* Develop purchase orders by managing product availability, quality and price options.
* Monitor procurement inventories and keep track of all supply dates and scheduled
shipments.
