responsibilities start with processing the necessary documents for new staff’s Visa, Occupational Health and Visa Medicals. Once the new staff arrives, I update the ERP with critical information like Date of Entry and label the passports with the ERP number. All staff documentation is scanned and stored in the GRD shared folder.
Once the medical clearance arrives, I mitigate Residence Typing by sending all the necessary documents to the Immigration Department. The visa details are updated in ERP for both new and existing staff.
Involved in all aspects of Emirates ID applications, it is my duty to get the Emirates ID typing completed within the government specified deadline and arrange the biometric list for Emirates ID.
Customer Service is another critical component of my duties as I attend to the staff at the HR Service Counter.
