Adepts Arabia Trading & Contracting is a 3 yr old company catering in to Oil & Gas, Aviation, Production industry.
• Supporting the Sales team with proper documentation of sales data and keeping track of it.
• Following up with clients on the offer submitted.
• Following up with new companies in seeking and establishing a business opening.
• Processing the PO and handing over to procurement team.
• Preparing Tender documents and coordinating the submission.
• Coordinating with different department to ensure smooth handling of purchase orders
• Coordinating with third party agencies for various certification of the
company
• Keeping the track of Quotations and preparing report on it.
• Proper documentation of work
• Prequalification and Tender documentation.
• Coordinating up with the Operations Team for execution of the purchase Orders received.
• Keeping report of Sales Order and sending periodic reports to Management.

Key Profile:
•Tracking right customer with good payment history.
•Training the client on the safety measures and how to study the ageing and wear & tear of the Tires.
•Convincing the client on the quality and trust by conducting trail run.
•Coordinating various steams for the processing of order and timely delivery of order.
•Responsible for the payment collection and follow up.

• As Sales Engineer understanding the market requirement in the fast growing oil and gas/Infrastructure sector and meeting the
requirement of the set of key customers.
• Travelling wide and meeting the multicultural customers around Qatar, creating awareness of new technologies developing in the instrumentation field.
• Strategic sourcing, negotiating with suppliers for commercial and lead time benefits
• Negotiating tender and contract terms.
• Analyzing costs and sales, preparing reports, managing client database to keep relationships active.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client need
• Meeting regular sales target.
• Well versed with the Sales and procurement terms

• Executing overall administrative activities and attending customers to provide a solution to their queries
