To manage all in & out process and movement of goods, maintaining and managing stock with coordinating with sales team.
My role includes all movements of stocks, preparation of Quotation, Purchase order, Requisition and material planning, Sourcing, supplies and services, Procurement and Vendor relations management, Support & Maintenance.
• Responsible for the receipt of incoming goods, inspection of all receipts, storage and preservation
• Identified all materials stored and maintained stock records
• Accountable for Materials handling, Packaging and Issue and dispatch
• Responsible for Stores accounting, Inventory control, Stock-taking
• Submitted bills to Accounts department along with Goods Receipt Note
• Identified non-moving and slow-moving items
• Responsible for Material Transfer from store to store
• Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual stock statements
