Supervise Well Intervention operations such as Cementing for zonal isolation, Nitrogen lifting, Acid
stimulation and Perforation operations
Supervise various routine production operations of naturally / artificially flowing (Gas Lift, ESP, Jet
Pump) wells, maintenance and preparation of daily well production/ operations progress report
including operations, materials & cost, personnel & equipment movement
Supervise Slick line operations to run and retrieve SCSSSV, Gas Lift Valves, Blanking Plugs and
Electronic memory gauges
Responsibility of Monitoring contractors performance, minimizing production downtime, participate in
troubleshooting
Plan, execute and report all well Intervention activities (Slick line, Electric Line, Coiled Tubing,
Treatment stimulation, Wellhead Maintenance, Completion) in accordance with Company operating
standards
Participate in Well Intervention pre-planning processes and provide technical input for programs
Supervise Commissioning & startup of Wells Pads, Wellhead Towers, EPF, Well Testing operations, &
Support the Asset with production / injection data
Coordinate and manage logistics for Well Testing, New Well Completion & Well Intervention
equipment and personnel to accomplish job safely
Visit Wellhead Towers / Well Sites / Production facilities, reports findings and discuss the performance
of equipment with operation Manager
Monitor well performance, organize work to gather well data and work with operations and wells
teams to optimize and maintain production on a continuous basis, as well as monitoring injection
performance to optimize production and recovery
Responsible for planning, organizing, technical support, co-ordination with service providers, Liaising
with and advising technical staff
Performed technical reviews and recommendations for approval of all down-hole operations
Control and ensures the safe and economic utilization of company supplied equipment and consumable
material
− Perform Onshore & Offshore operations for ADCO, ADMA & ZADCO
− Coordinate with client and discus about operation
− Visit location prior to mobilization & conduct R.A
− Prepare layout for equipment placement at well site
− Prepare equipment according to well site requirement
− Mobilize equipment R/up and conduct well testing operation
− Supervise well site operations
− Conduct Tool Box talks
− Calculate Oil & Gas rate
− Prepare report and Handover to client
• Work on DAS, conduct well testing operations
• Performed jobs as Surface Well Testing Shift In-Charge
• Proficient in Handling and Maintenance of SWT Equipment’s (Flow Head, Choke Manifold, SSV, Sand Trap, Separator, Gauge tank & Surge tank)
• Conduct pressure test of separator, choke manifold and other well testing equipment’s
• Prepare layout of well testing equipment’s for proposed location
