Execution and Commissioning of Sterilizers and washer disinfector as per JCI codes with general
electrification and HVAC System.
Air Compressor Up gradation:
Execution and commissioning of 35 KW X 2 ATLAS COPCO, Oil free air compressor with air Dryer
including distribution and Room ventilation system.
Faculty Complex:
Design, execution and commissioning of Ground floor facility Including Electrification, Plumbing and
HVAC System.
Children Play Area:
Design, execution and commissioning of Children play area Including General Electrification, Plumbing
and HVAC System.
MRI:
Execution and Commissioning of complete MRI Facility.
Installation of RF Room as using nonferrous/ MRI compatible materials.
Installation of 15 TR Water cooled screw type chiller with heat exchangers and pumps.
Installation of 160 KVA UPS with its distribution system.
Installation of complete HVAC system.

To Take care and manage the operation and maintenance of all utilities.
* Complete Electrification works for Office block.
* Look after of all Electrical Equipment's i.e. Elevators, Hoist, Motors, ACB, VCB and Distribution
Panels.
* Responsible for ensuring that the system works properly, that complies with safety regulations.
* Testing, evaluating, modifying and calibrating electrical equipment's.
* Provided technical assistance to field personnel in the areas of high voltage distribution
equipment and high voltage motors/generators.
* Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
* Preparing of SLD and Power House Layout Drawings.
Special assignments:
* LEED certified flagship unit, worked according to achieve this milestone.
* Installation of Boiler, Compressor and Gensets (Diesel and Gas)
* Top supervision of installation of Cargo lifts.
* Installation of different kind of machines used for stitching and cutting area.
* Installation of Bus way trunking system.
* Installation of fire hydrant system.

To manage the operation and maintenance of 10MW power plant connected to Grid station.
* Performs operation in accordance with established SOPs and job safety hazard.
* Respond to abnormalities and take corrective actions with established operating procedures
and good engineering practice.
* Performs electrical and mechanical inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance task under
direction of Management.
* Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
* Responsible to meet shift production goals.
* Responsible to maintaining complete and accurate operational records in order to document
performance.
* Performs other duties necessary to fulfill plant requirements.
