Designing special catering menus: detoxification menu, alkaline, macrobiotic and gluten free menus.
-Prescribing & selling dietary supplements (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, weight management and beauty products, and sports supplements) that meet the customers’ needs with emphasis on the products’ features such as quality and benefits.
-Ordering: Issuing and receiving the orders.
-Inventory: processing and reporting the reconciliation results.
-Cash deposit in the bank on a daily basis.
-Night shift closing procedures (preparing end of day report, statement reconciliation).
- Training of new employees.
o Assessing level of performance of two hospitals (Maounet Hospital & Official Hospital of Tannourine) in relation to established standards
o Update them with the new standards and offer guidance on the continuous expectation of performance improvement.
