Duites:
* Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
Hamlet Office
* Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
* Direct the First Nations Members and the general public to the appropriate staff
member
* Pick up and deliver the mail
* Open and date stamp all general correspondence
* Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls
* Make preparations for Council and committee meetings
* Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
* Respond to public inquiries
* Provide word-processing and secretarial support
* Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Hamlet administration
Main Activities
* Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
* Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
* Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
* Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
* Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
* Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
* Support the Executive Director and other staff

* Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested
* Provide administrative services for the Executive Director

* Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need
requests, and questions.
* Explain Hotel products, service and other information about the Hotel as
requested.
* Sell process and enter and confirm room reservations using selling
techniques and strategies.
* Verify payment for stay including incidental costs by obtaining credit
information.
* Responsible for front desk team
* Reporting to Front office manager
Jod Duites:
- To work along with the Sales Manager to maximise occupancy of rooms and meetings
- Handling of correspondences, sorted - out letters, telexes, fax
- Review reservation booked daily.
- Review arrival report daily.
- Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.
- Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and
correspondence file
- Supervising of Group Reservations
- Handling all Visa Request
- Admin all ONLINE PARTNER.
- Updated all rate codes in system.

- Keeps current on hotel accommodations, services and area attractions

- Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments
as appropriate

- Processes customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy
