• Market development and introduction of EF products in Central America & Caribbean (10 countries), Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
• Recruitment and training of 52 representatives around Latin America.
• Preparation and logistics of new EF Office in Lima, Peru. Opening based on sales goals achieved.
• Setting of aggressive sales targets, based on projected profits for each region, both for representatives and EF.
