Responsible for generating technical solutions, proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customers for: Data Communication Equipment, End-to-End Solutions, and terminal equipment for Mobile operators.
• Interface for 3 mobile operators in Montenegro: Telenor, T-Mobile and M:tel.
• Building marketing strategy for ZTE brand in Montenegrin mobile market.
• Penetrating the market with ZTE smart phone brand in Telenor and M:tel, managing and maintaining the supply chain with all 3 mobile operators in MNE and promoting ZTE fixed terminal in T-Mobile
• Involved in system projects with Telenor, Prontotel and MN Connect regarding commercial part
• Project management; project negotiation, tracking manufacturing and delivery of products from China
• Monitoring competitors activities; following global marketing trends in promoting ZTE products in local market
