Supporting L1/L2 Sales & Data under the IT department for key Countries (Thailand, India, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Laos)
•Perform first and second-level analysis and support for business requests and incidents via the ServiceNow platform and provide resolution under the given SLA.
•Monitor and maintain existing systems and critical notifications through the Windows server. This includes regular system health checks, ensuring the schedule is running as per expectation as well as monitoring drive storage not reaching threshold values.
•Run SQL / Snowflake queries to analyze and resolve application issues, This includes running select, update, join, and index commands on a daily basis.
•Create reports for business users by providing them with custom SQL queries as per their requirements.
•Monitor Informatica and IBM MQ integration for local applications to ensure the exchange of information between two applications is as per expectation.
•Creation of various Knowledge base documentation from the business process. Knowledge includes resolutions for known issues/defects. This is done to ensure issues that are repetitive are resolved as soon as possible to avoid SLA breaches.
•Analyse legacy reporting system to provide logic for Power BI reporting.
•Perform Requirement Analysis for ongoing projects for business solutions, This includes testing in quality (UAT) systems from time to time.
•Create SQL Jobs / Task schedulers on the Windows server to update data as per business requirements.
